Registration of Shops and Establishments

Any citizen who wishes to open new shop or a commercial establishment wants to commence its business within the jurisdiction of Government of Maharashtra, has to register itself under The Bombay Shops and Commercial Establishment Act, 1948.

Shop Act / Gumasta Licence Required Documents :-

1. AADHAAR card
2. PAN card
3. Address proof like electricity bill or NOC from the owner
4. Authority letter for business
5. PAN card of the partnership firm
6. An application letter in the prescribed format addressed to the municipal corporation
